Pisa holiday Guide
The Piaggio Museum is in Pontedera a suberb of Pisa which is not too far from the city and right next to the factory. It has a large exhibition area where you can admire the Vespa/Piaggio and Gilera collections, some interesting aspects of the 1960s era can be seen with film and publicity adverts on show of this wonderful period. The most important part of the museum is of course the Vespa collection where you can see the first prototypes.
Pisa is a city, you will absolutely adore the history and wealth of art and spectacular architecture. Our Villa Rental Pisa include rural, semi-rural and town locations, we really do have the perfect Pisa villa for you.
How to arrive:
Pisa International Airport Galileo Galilei (www.pisa-airport.com), 2km south of the city centre, is Tuscany's main international airport and handles flights to most major destinations.
Large swimming pool, totally private fantastic views around the Lucca countryside
Many people will associate Tuscany with beautiful scenery and glorious sunny weather and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that but for me, even though I love the fantastic climate, Tuscany is all about the food and wine that is readily available.
