Our two basic packages consist of the following:

Property Care Essential

• A bill payment service for electricity, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
• Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
• Other services on request (subject to availability and charged on an hourly basis)

The charge for this package is £150/year with a one off £150 pounds sign-up fee.

Property Care Essential Plus

• A bill payment service for electricity, gas, water, insurance, local taxes etc.
• Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements
• Arranging cleaning and gardening services on request
• Arranging for installation and maintenance of domestic appliances, heating and hot water systems
• Arranging emergency repairs
• Property monitoring, for example, visiting after particularly bad weather (if you require a specific regular check, this can also be arranged)
• Providing an English-speaking, locally knowledgeable, help service if unforeseen problems arise during your stay, or that of your tenants.

The charge for this package is £300/year with a one off £150 pounds sign-up fee.

Additional extra services

Mail Collection

• For those of you that do not have a mail box at the property, we will collect your mail on a weekly basis and put it in the villa unless you have specifically asked us to forward any correspondence

Plant Watering

• We will water all indoor and outdoor plants on a weekly basis

Airport Pick Up & Return

• We can arrange to meet you off your flight and take you to your villa or do the return trip for you. This will save the significant inconvenience of using the public transport system.

Guest "Meet & Greet"

• We can, if you request, arrange to meet your guests off their flight, give them the appropriate directions to the villa, point out the car hire location and give them the keys to the villa.

Garden Maintenance

• Grass cutting
• Hedge trimming
• General tidying

Please note that the fees above do NOT include disbursements, for example, the costs of utilities, the costs of cleaning and gardening services, insurance cover, local and national taxes and repairs.

We can advise on areas such as satellite television installation, Internet access, and car ownership and storage.
