A very nice farmhouse with swimming pool and WiFi 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Lucca hillside location but still very close to the city and ideal for getting to the beaches of Viareggio.
A very nice farmhouse that once belonged to and old abbey and is surrounded by beautiful olive groves.
It is set on a hill with a beautiful view of the plain of Lucca and the Apuan Alps and the valley of Serchio river.
The house has been restored with great taste both inside and outside, using original old stones, terracotta tiles and wood beams.
The house is full of real antiques, for example the kitchen with its old carved marble sink. Unusual and valuable antique furniture and objects are spread everywhere. Some antiques have been adapted to suit the house with upto date features. The house retains all the traditional charming atmosphere of a tuscan home.
The pool is situated among the olive trees with a wide view on the valley.
To reach the house its important to point out that you have to drive through a country paved road and then up on a gravelled private road (about 600 mts) to the house and to the wide open space surrounding it.
The owner lives in the independent barn it is very close to the house. He has a very friendly dog. He is out at work most of the time. He maintains the garden and goes into the pool for cleaning. He is not intrusive and respects privacy
