Accommodation 

On the ground floor there is a reception hall, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a stone staircase leads to the first floor. 

On the first floor which  can also be accessed via the staircase next to the villa, there is a dining room / kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning, wi-fi Internet , satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player, safe and fans, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a reading room and a double sofa bed. 

On the second floor there are four large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and with shower.

All rooms have air conditioning.

Swimming pool (15x5 m - depth m 1.10 to 1.40), park with consecrated chapel dating back to the XIX century, barbecue, hairdryer.
