This is for the complete Villa - All amenities solely for the guests. A very nice well appointed farmhouse (sleeps thirteen people). Very picturesque with fields of sunflowers in a quiet, peaceful location which lies near Buonconvento & Monteroni d’Arbia, a few kms from Siena.

Accommodation comprises:

An independent building consisting of two apartments.

 
Apt 1 : The first floor sleeps eight in  3 double bedrooms and a room with two single beds.

A comfortable sitting room and with fireplace and television; a kitchenette with oven; bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. There is also an external balcony. 

Apt 2: Ground floor sleeps five in two double bedrooms, one of which has an additional single bed. There is a large dining room with a Cd player; sitting room with fireplace and TV; a big kitchen with microwave and dishwasher; a small bathroom with shower.
