Swimming pool which is 15 x 7 metres with a cover that can be easily opened and closed. This is to protect the pool and to avoid heat loss.

The cover does not guarantee protection from people falling into the swimming pool accidently, a fenced garden space, large pergola with table that can seat 14 people, a bowling ally, wi-fi, laundry with washing machine, dishwasher, satellite Television, oven, microwave oven, coffee machiner, toaster, parking, mosquito nets, plus telephone.
