A family home tastefully decorated and in keeping with the Tuscan style. It adjoins a historical house which dates back more than 100 years.  It is totally private and secluded. Private sunbathing area together with views of the forest and surrounding nature.  Lots of space to eat outside and comfortable seating areas are all included

The position of the house is in a glade at the end of a 1 km road that winds through the woods, surrounded by olive trees. The area is Mediterranean woodland with pines, mimosas, oaks, heather and genista. An absolute nature lovers paradise, full of  squirrels, woodpeckers, pheasants, porcupines, hares, wild pigs, hoopoes and hawks.

The property consists of the following:
  A very large living room - kitchen - two bathrooms - two bedrooms - two balconies - sun deck - two bed settees are also included. The house enjoys open plan living space, which includes the kitchen, a round fireplace and living room with satellite TV and a stereo. The kitchen is well equipped with marble work surfaces, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchenware, and dishes. The two double bed rooms are well furnished and light and airy, one with a private balcony where you can enjoy a romantic breakfast, the other with the window overlooking the woods.

The ground floor bathroom has a shower and the one on the first floor has a bath large enough for two people and a large tile shower.

The house is 10 minutes from the walled city of Luccaand 30 minutes from Pisa. Florenceis 1 hour away and Sienais 1.5 hours by train or car.
The beach and mountains are within 30 minutes
