Location
The house is located in Tramonte, a hillside of Lucca. Lucca town is a 10 km/6 miles drive away from the house. Pisa airport is approx. 40 minutes, and Florence city & airport are about 45 minutes away.

Privately situated and south facing at 350 meters high in the foot hills overlooking Lucca city. The house is 15 minutes from Lucca centre, it is a 250 year old house “Casa di Contadina - farmhouse” it has two storey’s.
Situated In 6 acres of land with vineyard and olive orchard producing Olive Oil and Wine.
Fruit trees – Oranges Kiwis, Plum, Peach, and Kaki Trees.
Inhabited by one family over five generations newly converted preserving historic value.
Fully equipped holiday house, ideal for children. Panoramic views, sunny exposure.
The house provides 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms - one with twin beds and one single bedroom), 2 plus 1 bathrooms 2 living areas, one kitchen with dining space, two terraces (one with shade). Centrally heated.
Terra Cotta tiles in the majority of the house, two wood burning stoves, large stone fire place.
The house has been totally renovated and refurnished and all interiors are new and in perfect condition, giving the house a fresh and clean feeling.
Lucca Town
Lucca is the most wonderful small town; its famous walls enclose a place that can be walked or cycled with ease yet remains full of secrets.One of Italy's finest mediaeval treasures, the centre is unspoilt and is sprinkled with palazzi, towers and almost countless splendid churches. The surrounding hills produce some excellent wines and arguably the finest olive oil anywhere, whilst the beaches and nightlife are but a small hop away. You can visit the house where Giacomo Puccini was born or visit the famous Villas of Napoleons sisters.
You are advised to hire a car to get the full benefit of sightseeing and to visit local restaurants etc.
